2000-2006年我院应用激素联合低分子肝素钙治疗紫癜性肾炎,取得很好的疗效,现报告如下。1对象和方法1.1对象48例均为我院2000-2006年住院的紫癜性肾炎患者,其中男性26例,女性22例,年龄13～65岁,平均(24.6±12.9)岁。急性紫癜性肾炎16例,慢性紫癜性肾炎10例,紫癜性肾病综合征18例,无症状血尿4例。本组患者在
