一、直线度:直线度就是通常所说的直线要素实际形状的平直程度。零件上的直线要素常见有:圆柱面或圆锥面的母线、轴心线,平面与平面相交的棱线,以及平面上指定的直线等。直线度公差是实际线相对于理想线所允许的最大变动量。也就是图纸上给出的允许直线要素加工误差变动的范围。由于各种零件上的直线要素结构特点和功能要求不同,所以在图纸上应分别对它们提出不同特性的直线度要求,主要有以下三种类型:
First, the straightness: Straightness is the so-called linear elements of the actual shape of the straightness. Linear elements on the common parts are: cylindrical or conical surface of the bus, the axis, the plane intersects the plane of the ridge, and the plane specified straight line. Straightness Tolerance is the maximum amount of variation allowed for the actual line relative to the ideal line. This is the range of tolerances allowed for linear elements given on the drawing. Due to the structural features and functional requirements of the linear elements on the various components are different, so the straightness requirements of different characteristics should be proposed separately on the drawings, mainly in the following three types:
