全区从事会计工作的同志们: 正当自治区七届人大四次会议闭幕之际,全区人民以治理整顿、深化改革的明显成效迎接第八个五年计划,为实现九十年代再翻一番的宏伟目标而奋斗的时候,财政厅、人事厅在南宁隆重召开了新中国成立以来第一次全区先进财会工作集体和先进会计工作者表彰大会。我们,作为受到表彰的68个全区先进财会工作集体和128名全区先进会计工作者的代表,荣幸地参加了这次盛会,受到了自治区党委、自治区政府领导同志的亲切接见,这是党和国家对会计工作的重视和支持,也是对全区13万会计人员的亲切关怀和殷切期望。会议期间,我们聆听了自治区政府、财政厅、人事厅领导同志的讲话,相互交流了锐意改革,强化会计管理:精心理财,促进双增双节;勤俭节约,肃腐倡廉;开拓进取,献身会计事业的经验。我们回顾过去,豪情满怀,展望未来,信心百倍,决心同广大会计人员一道,认真宣传、贯彻大会精神,以实际行动完成党和国家赋予会计工作的重任。为此,我们向全区从事会计工作的同志们发出如下倡议:

As honored members of the 68 collectives of advanced finance and accounting work in the region and representatives of 128 advanced accountants in the region, we have the honor to attend this grand gathering and receive cordial interviews with leaders and leaders of the party committees and municipalities in the autonomous region.
