现代职教体系下，专本分段培养应实现平稳过渡和无缝街接。应明确“五年一体化”人才培养目标定位，构建“一体化”高职及本科课程体系，建立“三方互动、深度合作、工学结合”的互动平台，实现师资、硬件、信息的共享，形成较为完善的专本分段技术技能型人才培养模式。
