随着我国不动产登记制度的深化改革,不动产登记在全国范围内展开。为了配合不动产登记制度的实施,国土资源勘测规划部门应该做好不动产测绘工作,为不动产登记工作的开展提供有利的依据。在不动产测绘工作中,相关部门应该进一步完善管理体系和制度建设,提高不动产测绘的工作水平,为维护不动产权利人的合法权益创造有利的条件。
With the deepening reform of China’s real estate registration system, registration of real estate starts nationwide. In order to cooperate with the implementation of real estate registration system, the department of land and resources survey and planning should do a good job in surveying and mapping real estate and provide a good basis for the registration of real property. In the real estate surveying and mapping work, the relevant departments should further improve the management system and system construction, improve the working level of real estate surveying and mapping, and create favorable conditions for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of property owners.
