在党的十八大报告中,信息化已经被明确为新四化之一,已经提升到了战略高度。在流通领域中,信息化的应用简化了商品流通的模式,提高了流通效率。本文首先简要概括了我国流通模式的定义和发展现状,指出了我国流通模式还存在的一些问题,紧接着文章从信息化的原理和作用机制分析了如何引导我国流通模式创新的问题,最后对我国流通模式创新过程中加快信息化建设提出了政策建议。
In the party’s eighteen reports, informatization has been clearly defined as one of the four modernizations and has been elevated to a strategic height. In the field of circulation, the application of information simplifies the mode of commodity circulation and improves the circulation efficiency. This paper first briefly summarizes the definition and current situation of China’s circulation model and points out some problems still exist in our country’s circulation pattern. Then the article analyzes how to guide the innovation of circulation pattern in our country from the principle and mechanism of informationization. Finally, Proposed policy suggestions to speed up the construction of information technology in the process of circulation mode innovation.
