本文报道一种应用单片机控制步进电机 ,并通过软轴驱动精密光学调整架的系统 ,应用该系统对激光器谐振腔的反射镜进行了自动控制。
This paper reports a system that uses a single chip microcomputer to control a stepping motor and drives a precision optical adjustment stand via a flexible shaft. This system is used to automatically control the reflector of the laser resonator.
