用大剂量中药熟地、阿胶与西药鲨肝醇、利血生合用治疗放化疗所致白细胞减少症24例为中西组；用补气补血之中药八珍汤加减治疗同样患者24例为中药组。7d内白细胞数升至4．0×109／L为显效；8－10d为有效；11d以上为无效。结果总有效率中西组为79．2％，中药组为50％，两组升白效果比较中西组明显高于中药组（P＜0．05）。说明简化中药，加大剂量，配以适当西药可获得较好的升白疗效。
With large doses of traditional Chinese medicine Rehmannia, donkey-hide gelatin and western medicine batyl alcohol, reserpine combined treatment of chemoradiotherapy induced leukopenia in 24 cases of Chinese and Western groups; with qi and blood of the Chinese medicine Bazhen Decoction treatment of the same patients in 24 cases of Chinese medicine group. 7d white blood cells rose to 4.0 × 109 / L markedly effective; 8-10d to be effective; 11d above is invalid. Results The total effective rate was 79.2% in the Western group and 50% in the traditional Chinese medicine group. The white effect of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group (P <0.05). Help simplify traditional Chinese medicine, increase the dose, together with the appropriate western medicine can obtain better lightening efficacy.
