乳制品质量安全问题一直是社会关注的焦点问题。乳制品的质量安全是乳制品供应链节点上每个环节共同重视质量安全、共同致力于质量安全行为的结果。单纯的关注某一环节并不能从根本上解决这一问题。乳制品加工企业在当前行业环境下,对于乳制品供应链的质量安全行为的控制具有可行性。核心企业采取科技创新和多种形式的战略合作策略,有助于乳制品供应链质量安全的整体联动,从根本上解决这一问题。
