随着我国市场经济体制的确立和不断完善发展,对人才的需求也提出了不同的要求标准,成人教育作为专业性质的教育,其培养出的人才对新经济的发展起着基础性的作用。本文从对新经济时代的主要特征出发,阐述新经济作用下成人教育的作用和新的认识,并进一步提出新经济时代下能够成人教育发展的新思路,来为更好地面对社会需求,服务社会发展提供源源不断的高素质人才。
