本文通过对咸宁职业技术学院旅游人才培养模式的分析,对高职高专旅游人才的培养模式进行了探索,我们发现通过明确培养方向和科学定位,并突出特色,在此基础上加强师资培训和完善课程设置并尽可能的改善教学条件以及通过校企结合采用订单式培养的模式,可以最大限度地培养和提高学生的综合素质与实践技能,真正体现学院的办学特色,培养出适应本地旅游业发展的一线高素质应用型人才。
