目的:全面开展新生儿听力筛查,以便早期发现新生儿听力损伤、早期诊断和早期干预,促进其正常的语言发育,降低出生缺陷的发生率,提高出生人口素质。方法:应用Accu Screen听力筛查仪,对县医院分娩的新生儿在五官科进行听力筛查。未通过初筛者,在出生42天内到县医院五官科进行复筛,仍未通过者,在婴儿3个月龄内转诊至青海省妇幼保健院新生儿疾病筛查中心进行听力诊断性确诊检查。确诊为听力损伤的患儿在专科医院进行相应的医学干预。结果:2013年7月—2014年6月全县住院分娩活产数1 032例,新生儿听力筛查784例,筛查率75.97%;筛查通过703例,通过率89.67%;未通过81例,召回复查62例,复查率76.54%,通过率96.77%;仍未通过者3个月龄后复查,通过率100%。结论:开展听力筛查工作加大听力筛查,是降低听力损伤患病率的关键。通过筛查,可做到早发现、早干预,有效促进婴儿语言发育。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a comprehensive screening of newborn hearing in order to detect early neonatal hearing loss, early diagnosis and early intervention to promote their normal language development, reduce the incidence of birth defects and improve the quality of birth population. Methods: Accu Screen Hearing Screening System was used to carry out hearing screening of the newborn infants in County Hospital in ENT. In the 42 days of birth to the County Hospital ENT for screening, still not passed, within 3 months of age referral to the newborn screening center of Qinghai MCH maternal hearing diagnosis an examination. Conclusion: Hearing screening to increase hearing screening is the key to reduce the prevalence of hearing loss.
