利用本实验室前期制备和鉴定了的抗人精子膜结合腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)单克隆抗体(Mcab)和ABC组化技术,我们分析了正常性成熟和性未成熟大鼠睾丸及附睾中的该酶分布情况。实验结果显示:(1)ADA在正常性成熟和性未成熟大鼠睾丸和附睾中无分布;在性成熟大鼠中,ADA的分布从附睾头部开始出现;(2)ADA在正常性成熟大鼠附睾中的分布由附睾头部至尾部其密度未发现变化。这一研究结果提示:(1)抗人精子膜结合ADA抗体与大鼠附睾上皮细胞有交叉反应;(2)哺乳动物精子膜结合ADA可能来自附睾管腔上皮细胞
Using the anti-human sperm membrane combined with the monoclonal antibody to adenosine deaminase (ADA) and ABC histochemistry prepared and identified in our laboratory, we analyzed the normal and mature immature rat testis and epididymis In the distribution of the enzyme. The results showed that: (1) ADA had no distribution in testes and epididymis of normal mature and immature rats; distribution of ADA began to appear in epididymal head in sexual maturation rats; (2) The distribution of the rat epididymis from the epididymis to the tail of the density was found no change. The results suggest that: (1) anti-human sperm membrane-bound ADA antibody and rat epididymal epithelial cells have cross-reaction; (2) mammalian sperm membrane binding ADA may come from the epididymal lumen epithelial cells
