目的:观察复方黄柏液联合红光治疗带状疱疹继发感染的临床疗效。方法:将我科收治的及肝胆外科转入的共90例带状疱疹继发感染的患者,随机分为单用复方黄柏液对照组,单用红光对照组,以及联合治疗组,治疗组先用复方黄柏液湿敷30 min,照射红光15min。三组治疗结束后均常规包扎创面,观察有效率及创面愈合时间。结果:联合治疗组有效率96.67%,单用复方黄柏液对照组有效率73.33%,单用红光对照组有效率70%,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);治疗组治愈平均时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);但单用复方黄柏液治疗对照组和单用红光治疗对照组的有效率及创面愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方黄柏液联合红光治疗带状疱疹继发感染可加快愈合时间,缩短平均住院日。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Huangbaiye combined with red light on the treatment of herpes zoster secondary infection. Methods: A total of 90 patients with secondary herpes zoster infection who were admitted to our department and those who had hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into three groups: control group with compound cortex phellodeis, control group with red only, and combination therapy group with treatment group First compound Cortex liquid wet compress 30 min, red light irradiation 15min. The three groups were routinely bandaged wounds after treatment, observe the efficiency and wound healing time. Results: The effective rate of the combined treatment group was 96.67%, the effective rate was 73.33% in the control group and the effective rate was 70% in the control group (P <0.01) (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group and the wound healing time (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The combination of Cortex Phellodendri plus red treatment of secondary infection with shingles can speed up the healing time and shorten the average length of stay.
