目的 了解无荚膜流感嗜血杆菌 (NHi)和卡他布兰汉球菌 (B Cat)在小儿肺炎感染中的地位。方法 采用酶免疫分析法 (EIA) ,以 10株无荚膜的流感嗜血杆菌和 10株卡他布兰汉球菌为抗原 ,对 5 3例肺炎患儿的双份血清中无荚膜流感嗜血杆菌抗体 (NHi-Ab)和卡他布兰汉球菌抗体 (B Cat -Ab)进行检测。结果 有 2例NHi-Ab和 5例B .Cat-Ab阳性 ,分别占 5 3例肺炎患儿的 3 78%和 9 43% ;占其中 32例细菌性肺炎患儿的 6 2 5 %和 15 6 3%。结论 NHi和B .Cat感染在小儿肺炎中不可忽视。
Objective To understand the status of non-capsular influenzae (NHi) and B. catarrhalis (B Cat) in children with pneumonia. Methods Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA) was used in this study. Ten non-capsular Haemophilus influenzae and 10 strains of M. catarrhalis were used as antigens in two sera of 53 children with pneumonia. Haemophilus antibodies (NHi-Ab) and B. catarrhalis antibody (B Cat-Ab) were tested. Results Two cases of NHi-Ab and five cases of B.Cat-Ab were positive, accounting for 378% and 93% of 53 children with pneumonia respectively, accounting for 62.5% and 15% of the 32 children with bacterial pneumonia 6 3%. Conclusion NHi and B.Cat infection can not be ignored in children with pneumonia.
