大庆外围油田随着采出程度的逐年提高,老井产量递减加快,为保持油田稳产,每年都投入资金实施大量的油井措施。为了提高油井措施的投资效益和油田开采的整体经济效益,根据油田措施低效投入逐年增加的实际,综合分析和归纳总结影响油井措施增效的五方面因素,完成了优化油井措施结构的方案和技术论证,科学制定油井措施的投资标准,减少措施井的低效投入,提高资金的回报率,使措施经济效益达到最大化。为今后油田实施增产措施,提供了行之有效的方法和管理经验,确保大庆外围油田措施结构合理,措施投资经济有效,实现油田“高水平、高效益”开发。
