冬季将葡萄枝剪成二芽一段,放湿沙中保藏,1987年2月21日,贮藏插条基部1~2cm用不同浓度硝酸稀土溶液浸泡处理。稀土溶液处理的浓度和时间为100、200、300、400、500ppm浸泡12小时;0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5%浸泡0.5小时;设清水处理为对照。每处理30根插条。处理后插条斜插于沙床上,盖塑料薄膜,保持沙床湿润。35天后,100ppm处理的生根率为30%;200、300ppm,0.1、0.2、0.3%处理的生根率为20%;0.4、0.5%和对照的生根率为10%。处理55天后,所有插条均生根。100ppm硝酸稀土处理的发根数最多,为12条,是对照的2倍;平均根长最长,为4.1cm,比对照增加37%。0.2、0.3%硝酸稀土处理的生根量亦较多,为11条,但平均根长仅为3.1cm。(邹玲等) 摘自《福建果树》1989年第1期
