痔鉗是痔切除术常用的器械。种类很多,如最早有翼状鉗,供切除和灼烙之用,因手术方法的改进,已少使用,另外有Bacon, Martin, Smith, Earle等式痔鉗,各有其优缺点,我們国内痔切除手术,常用一般止血钳,对手术颇感不便,为了临床应用创造一种新形痔鉗如图,其特点如下: 1.前部弯曲79度,挟痔块根部时,可深入肛門,避免损伤对侧直腸粘膜,并使缝合結紮方便。 2.后部弯曲45度,使鉗与臀裂形状相适合,以免遮碍手术视野,使手术方便。 3.前部细长,加压組織时,减少損伤。 4.鉗内有纵沟,使組織受压均匀,避免縫合时滑脱。 5.短小輕便,不因鉗本身重量,牵扯直腸粘
