为了解决住宅建筑屋面的隔热问题,上海地区近年来已开始陆续使用架空板屋面,市建委在《局部推广上海市职工住宅屋面增设隔热措施由》的文件中也指示可先在上海市部分职工住宅的定型设计中增设架空板措施。因此,上海地区对于住宅建筑架空板屋面的应用研究已引起重视。去年夏季,我们以市建工局招待所的五层新楼为对象,测试和研究了架空板屋面在上海地区的夏季隔热性能。测试房间开间3.4米,进深5.0米,层高3.2米(净高3.07米)。屋面基层为9.5厘米厚
In order to solve the heat insulation problem of residential building roofs, Shanghai has begun to use overhead panel roofs in recent years. The Municipal Construction Commission also indicated in the document “Partially Promoting the Addition of Thermal Insulation Measures for Shanghai’s Employees’ Residential Roofs” to indicate that they can be part of Shanghai first. Overhead panels were added to the stereotyped design of employees’ houses. Therefore, the research on the application of overhead roofing slabs for residential buildings in Shanghai has attracted attention. In the summer of last year, we tested and researched the summer heat insulation performance of overhead roofing slabs in the Shanghai area for the five-storey new building of the Municipal Construction Industry Bureau Guest House.
