我院从１９８８年以来采用自体腹水一次性直接回输治疗顽固性肝硬化腹水４８例疗效显著。其手法简单宜行，一次回输腹水量４０００～２００００ｍｌ，回输自体蛋白为２０～２１８．７８ｇ／Ｌ。回输病人一般状况明显改善，腹水消失，尿量增加，多数病人回输后再口服少量利尿剂，近期腹水未明显增加。我院采用的回输法较各医院报道的方法更为简便，且为密闭式，腹水经体外途径短，具有省时省力，经济方便，副反应少等优点。

In our hospital, the method of backtransmission is more simple than the method reported in various hospitals, and it is a closed type. Ascites is short in vitro, which has the advantages of saving time and labor, economy and convenience.
