教职工代表大会(以下简称教代会),是广大教职工参与学校管理、行使民主决策和民主监督的基本组织形式。教代会制度,是中职学校实行民主管理和民主监督的基本制度,是学校管理体制的重要组成部分,也是学校领导与教职工进行民主协商、信息沟通的重要渠道。因此,中职学校不断健全和完善教代会制度,创新教代会工作,充分发挥教代会在学校民主管理和民主监督中的作用,有助于切实保障教职工参与学校民主管理和民主监督的权利,有利于积极有效地推进中职学校民主建设。
