为评价毒理学在化学中毒分析与救治中应用的价值。以毒物咨询和 /或毒理学实验的方法 ,对广东二氯乙烷职业中毒事故、金利有机氟中毒事故的病因和乙酰胺治疗有机氟中毒的心肌酶活性升高问题进行研究。在二氯乙烷中毒事故中 ,通过毒理实验和毒物咨询 ,发现了毒物和发生中毒的条件 ,成功的确定了病因 ;在有机氟中毒事故中 ,因忽视了毒物咨询 ,推迟了病因的诊断 ;在乙酰胺治疗的中毒临床中 ,通过毒理实验 ,显示心肌酶活性的升高不是由乙酰胺引起的。因此 ,中毒分析与救治离不开毒理学的应用 ,毒理学应用离不开信息咨询和毒理学在应用中发展自身
