自一九五二年七月本院颁发「关于加强革命残废军人学校正规教育的决定」以后,各省人民政府根据这一决定的精神,对革命残废军人学校采取了积极的措施,普遍进行了整顿,加强了教育工作,提高了学员的文化水平与就业智能。因而不少的毕业的革命残废军人先后参加了国家的各项建设工作,且在工作中一般获得了好评,并有不少已成为模范工作者,这说明他们是可以工作,也应该给以工作的。但还有些机关或国家企业部门的干部,往往忽视这些同志在政治上的优越条件和培养的可能,对他们过分的挑剔,不愿吸收甚至拒绝他们参加工作。这种情况,如果不加以纠正,不仅影响前方部队的士气和在校学员的学习情绪,而且有失国家培养他们的重要意义,同时对国家的建设事业也是不
