笔者所在的海南职业技术学院所开设的景区开发与管理专业,旨在培养能适应实践需求的从事各种类型景区服务与管理工作的实战型人才,为海南省的国际旅游岛建设做好人才储备工作。本文就我国高职高专景区管理专业的课程设置与实践教学做探讨,提出要以提高职业能力为本,以课堂、校内实训基地、校外实训基地为依托开展实践教学,培养具有较强的职业能力和爱岗敬业精神的景区开发与管理人才。
I was located in Hainan Vocational and Technical College opened by the scenic area of development and management professionals to cultivate can adapt to the practical needs of engaging in various types of scenic service and management of actual combat talent for the construction of international tourist island in Hainan Province talent reserves jobs. This paper discusses the setting of curriculum and practice teaching in the management of scenic spots in higher vocational colleges in our country. It puts forward that it is necessary to improve vocational ability, carry out practical teaching based on classroom, training base inside the school and training base outside the school, Professional ability and dedication professional development and management of scenic spots.
