目前国内外多应用植物血凝素(PHA)作体内或体外淋巴细胞转化试验,作为测定机体细胞免疫状态的重要指标~(1、2)。我们应用比较简便有效的 PHA 皮试对血液系统疾病56例和健康人120人的细胞免疫功能状态作了体内检测,现将检测结果初步报告如下。材料和方法材料:我们应用武汉市中心血站制造的PHA,每毫升含3.5毫克,稀释成每0.1毫升含10微克,放置冰箱中备用。
At present, multi-applied phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) is used as an in vivo or in vitro lymphocyte transformation assay as an important index for measuring cellular immune status (1, 2). We use the relatively simple and effective PHA skin test of blood diseases in 56 cases and healthy people in 120 cases of cellular immune function in vivo testing, the test results are initially reported as follows. MATERIALS AND METHODS MATERIALS: We applied PHA made at Wuhan Blood Center, containing 3.5 mg / ml, diluted to 10 μg / 0.1 ml and left in the freezer.
