Shy-Drager 综合征的特点是直立性低血压,以及由此引起神经精神症状。病理证实有中枢神经系统广泛受损。本病较少见。我科近期诊治了二例,现报告如下。例1,男,42岁,半年前出现发作性晕厥,小便失禁,四肢无力,走路不稳,讲话不清,出汗少,阳萎,双上肢震颤,晨起后常有头晕、昏倒。体查:血压卧位14.7/10.7kPa,站立9.33/5.33kPa,颅神经无异常。双上肢不自主震颤,四
Shy-Drager syndrome is characterized by orthostatic hypotension and the consequent neuropsychiatric symptoms. Pathology confirmed that the central nervous system has been extensively damaged. The disease is rare. My department recently diagnosed two cases, are as follows. Example 1, male, 42 years old, onset of syncope six months ago, urinary incontinence, weakness, walking instability, speech is not clear, less sweating, impotence, upper limb tremor, morning after the often dizziness, fainting.
