本研究通过3种磨料磨损试验方法,对0.20%,0.39%,0.78%,0.98%4种合碳量马氏体钢的磨料磨损特性进行了考察。结果表明:在低应力橡胶轮磨损条件下,马氏体钢的磨损量随着其合碳量的增加而减少;在高应力销盘磨损和静载三体磨损条件下,磨损量最小的马氏体钢所对应的含碳量分别为0.78%与0.39%。据此,文中结合扫描电镜形貌分析,对磨损条件与马氏体钢磨损特性的关系及应用进行了讨论。
In this study, the abrasive wear characteristics of four kinds of carbon martensite steels with 0.20%, 0.39%, 0.78% and 0.98% carbon content were investigated by three kinds of abrasive wear test methods. The results show that the wear amount of martensitic steel decreases with the increase of carbon content under the condition of low stress rubber wheel wear. Under the conditions of high stress pinning and dead load three-body wear, the wear amount of martensitic steel is the least The corresponding carbon content of the steel is 0.78% and 0.39% respectively. Based on the above, the relationship between the wear condition and the wear characteristics of martensitic steel and its application are discussed in this paper by scanning electron microscopy.
