在快速线路上行车,轨距递变率超限会引起直线地段钢轨交替侧磨、曲线外轨不均匀磨耗和无缝道岔晃车。列车速度越高,对轨距递变率的影响越大。为防止轨距递变率超限,在维修中应改变重视轨距误差、忽视轨距递变率超限的偏向,在技术上采取提高混凝土枕螺旋道钉的锚固质量,采取加强道床捣固等一系列措施。同时,建议在现行的《维规》中增加列车速度为160km/h和200km/h的区段上,轨距递变率分别为1‰和0.7‰的规定。
