宋琬《二鄉亭詞》有單行本與全集本兩個系統。單行本最早爲留松閣刻康熙己酉(一六六九)三卷本。《國朝名家詩餘》所收兩卷本編成於康熙丁巳年(一六七七),爲不同於己酉三卷本的版本,該本經編刻者孫默及友人精校,增補詞作十四首,删去原有詞作一首,又大量輯補當時名家評點,兩者不可混同。此外,還有一卷本、不分卷本。全集本情況如下:康熙己卯(一六九九)《重刻安雅堂詩文集》中收録三卷本。乾隆丙寅年(一七四六)輯刻《安雅堂拾遺集》中新出《二鄉亭詞》四卷本,實際爲在三卷本基礎上將二卷本所增補十四首另作補遺一卷。乾隆丙戌(一七六六)新鋟《安雅堂全集》,收康熙己酉三卷本,未收補遺,而增《入蜀集》二卷,卷下爲詞,收録了宋琬晚年詞作。該本所收詞作較《國朝名家詩餘》二卷本多十三首詞,最爲完善。
