5月14日,工信部、发改委等14部门联合发文《关于实施“宽带中国”2014专项行动的意见》,意见指出2014年的主要引导目标是新增FTTH覆盖家庭3000万户、新建TD-LTE基站30万个、新增1.38万个行政村通宽带。惠民普及规模不断扩大,发展固定宽带接入用户2500万户,发展TD-LTE用户3000万户。宽带接入水平进一步提升,鼓励有条件的地区推广50Mbps、100Mbps等高带宽接入服务。创建示范效果
