分别从控制系统的硬件结构、软件设计及装置实现的功能等 3个方面进行了论述。装置以变压器的负荷、油面温度与温度变化率相结合的控制策略进行冷却器的综合投切控制 ,以冷却器组的累计运行时间基本均衡为原则进行冷却器组循环控制。叙述了具有冷却器组自动投切定位功能的投入 /切除模块的程序结构。装置还具有完善的保护功能、手动 /自动功能、故障定位功能、信息显示功能、故障报警与跳闸功能等。实际运行表明 ,该装置运行可靠 ,控制准确 ,功能完善 ,并具有显著的节能效果。
From the control system hardware structure, software design and device functions to achieve the three aspects were discussed. The device takes the control strategy of transformer load, oil surface temperature and rate of change of temperature combined control of the cooler comprehensive switching control, the cooler group of the cumulative basic running-time balance principle for cooler group cycle control. The program structure of input / removal module with the function of automatic switching of cooler group is described. The device also has a perfect protection, manual / automatic function, fault location function, information display, fault alarm and trip functions. The actual operation shows that the device is reliable, accurate control, perfect function, and has significant energy saving effect.
