非小细胞肺癌约占原发肺癌的85%,对于不可手术或拒绝手术的非小细胞肺癌患者,放射治疗成为治疗的主要手段。随着影像和放疗技术的发展,大分割放疗在非小细胞肺癌中的应用取得了较好的疗效。本文旨在对非小细胞肺癌大分割放疗的放射生物学基础和非手术非小细胞肺癌大分割放疗的最新临床研究进行系统性回顾。
Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for about 85% of primary lung cancer. Radiotherapy is the primary treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer that is inoperable or rejected. With the development of imaging and radiotherapy, the application of large fractionated radiotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer has achieved a good effect. This article aims to systematically review the radiobiological basis of fractionated radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer and the latest clinical study of fractional radiotherapy for non-surgical non-small cell lung cancer.
