由于考试体系在制度建设、设施建设、人才培养、软件开发等方面的滞后,高职教育的考试存在着形式单一、信度低下、功能萎缩等问题。解决这些问题要把基于整体思考的教学评价作为解决考试形式问题的主要途径;要把基于教考分离思想的教学评价机制作为解决考试信度问题的重要方式;要把基于教学质量的激励机制是推动考试体系发展的主要力量。
