双黄连注射剂系金银花、黄岑、连翘提取制成的无菌粉制剂。临床上广泛用于病毒性肺炎、上呼吸道感染、扁桃体炎等病毒及细菌感染性疾病。近年来,该制剂的不良反应日渐增多,应引起临床重视。1 血尿 毛彩香等报道,患儿因扁桃体炎持续高热,而应用双黄连注射剂0.6g,加入10％葡萄糖注射液100ml中静滴,停药1h后出现肉眼血尿。对症处理3d后痊愈。
