研究由中央仓库和分布于不同地区零售店组成的多点库存系统,同一地区库存点间允许双向转载,不同地区库存点间仅存在单向转载;库存点面临独立泊松分布需求,采用连续检查的(S-1,S)策略。基于M/G/S/S队列理论、生灭过程模型和近似计算思想,分别建立损失销售情况和延期交货情况下的库存模型。设计了该库存系统的离散事件仿真过程以获取比较标杆。设计了系统参数变化组合实验,对比分析近似模型、仿真模型、策略仿真、单向转载模型和无转载模型的计算结果,发现所提近似混合转载模型的期望总成本最小。
This paper studies the multi-point inventory system consisting of the central warehouse and the retail stores distributed in different regions. Two-way reprinting is allowed among the inventory points in the same region, and there is only one-way reprint among the inventory points in different regions. The inventory points are faced with the independent Poisson distribution demand, (S-1, S) strategy. Based on the M / G / S / S queue theory, the birth-death process model and the approximate calculation method, the inventory models under loss sales and postponement delivery are respectively established. The discrete event simulation of the inventory system was designed to obtain the benchmark. The combination experiment of system parameter variation is designed and the results of approximate model, simulation model, strategy simulation, one-way transfer model and no-transfer model are compared and analyzed. It is found that the expected total cost of proposed hybrid model is the minimum.
