西华大学建筑与土木工程学院原为四川工业学院建筑工程系,创办于1983年,通过三十多年的建设与发展,目前有建筑学、城乡规划、风景园林、土木工程、给排水科学与工程、建筑环境与能源应用工程六个本科专业,有土木工程一级学科硕士学位授权点,有建筑与土木工程领域工程硕士点。拥有一支由教授、副教授、博士为主的得力师资队伍,近一半的教师取得了国家一级注册建筑师、规划师、结构工程师、设备工程师等执业资格,且有扎实的理论功底和丰富的实践经验,
