近年来,随着我国筑机行业的发展,筑机产品数量和品种的增加,人们对筑机产品可靠性提出了要求,因而,对筑机产品的可靠性试验也自然被提了出来。作者由于工作需要,对2LTLZ45型轮式沥青混凝土摊铺机进行了可靠性试验,在这方面作了一点探索。可靠性试验是指产品的失效及其效应的试验。包括(1)为研究和验证所进行的试验;如产品的零部件是否满足设计要求,维修性是否好,以及改进性能的可靠性等。(2)确认和接收试验:这是对单台或批量产品的质量鉴定或验收批量产品质量是否合格的试验。它主要采取抽样试验,检查产品寿命、故障率是否达到可接收水平。摊铺机的整机可靠性试验基本上属于第二
In recent years, with the development of China’s construction machinery industry, the number and variety of construction machines increased, people put forward requirements for the reliability of construction machines. Therefore, the reliability test of construction machines was naturally raised. Due to the need of work, the author carried out reliability test on 2LTLZ45 wheeled asphalt paver, and made some exploration in this respect. Reliability test refers to the test of product failure and its effect. Including (1) tests carried out for research and verification; whether the product’s components meet the design requirements, the maintainability is good, and the reliability of performance is improved. (2) confirm and receive the test: This is a single or batch product quality appraisal or acceptance of mass product quality test.
