The first part of this study has analyzed the “petrification” of agro-ecosystems in our country. This article will make some discussions on improving China’s oil agriculture. I. Two Attitudes Towards Oil Agriculture Since the past half a century, oil and agriculture developed by advanced countries in Europe and the United States based on mineral energy have achieved great success. This is highlighted in: ① Significant increase in the output of agricultural products. The U.S. corn yield is now three times that of 1945 and the wheat yield doubled over 40 years ago.
