词汇是语言的三大要素之一。词汇是语言的建筑材料,离开词汇,就没有办法表达概念;词汇不丰富,必然会影响思想交流。许多学生英语成绩差,多半是从不能正确对待词汇学习开始的。词汇学习与语法、句型、课文、口语、阅读等教学有密切的关系,贯穿英语教学的各方面,贯穿语言教学的全过程,加强初中英语词汇教学是十分重要的。本文从音形义三者相结合、交际化教学及文化意识培养等方面探讨词汇教学方法,以提高学生学习和运用词汇的能力。
Vocabulary is one of the three major elements of language. Vocabulary is the language of building materials, leave the vocabulary, there is no way to express the concept; vocabulary is not rich, will inevitably affect the exchange of ideas. Many students in poor grades in English, most of them can not correctly begin the vocabulary learning. Vocabulary learning is closely related to grammar, sentence pattern, text, oral English, reading and other teaching. It runs through all aspects of English teaching and runs through the whole process of language teaching. It is very important to strengthen vocabulary teaching of junior high school English. This article explores lexical teaching methods from the aspects of phonetic meanings, communicative teaching and cultural awareness training so as to enhance students’ abilities to learn and use vocabulary.
