职工培训机构在油田人才开发以及员工培训当中起到主要渠道的作用,对于油田的快速发展有着十分重要的意义。但是由于油田企业不断改革,员工培训工作也产生了一些新的问题,想要使培训中这些新的问题得到有效的解决,必须要采取相应的措施。本文主要对适应油田改革需求,加强职工培训工作的方法进行进一步的阐述。
The role of staff training institutions in the field of talent development and staff training in oil fields plays an important role in the rapid development of oilfields. However, due to the continuous reform of oilfield enterprises, some new problems have arisen in staff training. If we want to effectively solve these new problems in training, we must take corresponding measures. This paper mainly elaborates on the methods of adapting to the demand of oilfield reform and strengthening the training of workers.
