“名师”与“优秀教师”的本质区别到底是什么?名师何以脱颖而出?为何他们能从“优秀”走向“卓越”?2012年,我幸运地加入了上海市第三期“双名工程”中学语文一组。两位上海市正高级名师王伟娟、关景双是我们的导师,步根海、郑少鸣、陈友勤、金志浩、郭开平、诸灵康这些德高望众的特级教师组成了基地超豪华阵容导师团。五年的基地学习,通过走近名师、观摩名师、聆听名师,使我对名师有了些新的认识,在他们身上似乎有着一种共同的特质,我把它叫做——“赤
What is the difference between ”teacher“ and ”excellent teacher“? What makes them stand out? Why do they move from ”excellent“ to ”excellent“? In 2012, I was lucky enough to join Shanghai Three ”double name project “ middle school language group. Two senior Masters in Shanghai, Wang Weijuan and Guan Jingshuang, are our mentors. Supernature mentors of the base are composed of such superb teachers as Bugan, Zheng Shaoming, Chen Youqin, Jin Zhihao, Guo Kaiping and Zhu Lingkang. After five years of base study, I got some new acquaintance with my masters by approaching my masters, observing my masters and listening to my masters. There seems to be a common trait in them.
