职工思想的多样性,对思想政治工作提出了新的要求 过去的思想政治工作较多地采用传统的灌输式的教育方法,但事物的变化是绝对的,改革开放以来,随着工作背景发生的巨大变化,思想政治工作的对象也有四个比较突出的变化。一是职工思想的独立性增加了:企业职工的独立思考能力显著增强,他们希望通过自己的思考来作出判断。二是选择性增加了:社会生活的丰富多彩,文化、媒介的逐步活跃,价值观念的多元取向,必然引起职工思想意识的多样性。三是多变性增加了:在深化改革时期,随着利益格局的进一步调整,势必引发职工各种各样的思想矛盾和情绪。
