以前研究表明除草剂胺草灵在一定剂量时能引起小鼠精母细胞染色体畸变,小鼠显性致死试验阳性,尚能诱发小鼠精子畸形。作者以雄性Caston-S野生型与雌性Muller-5果蝇进行胺草灵伴性隐性致死试验。胺草灵剂量为0、100、300、500mM和阳性对照物MMS50μM.试验结果:致死率分别为0.28、0.25、0.58、1.11和3.54%。高剂量组及MMS与空白对照组比较,有非常显著意义(P<0.01),且有剂量效应关系。这表明胺草灵对生殖细胞能引起可遗传的基因突变。
Previous studies have shown that herbicide Amine Spirit in a certain dose can cause chromosome aberrations in mouse spermatocytes, mice were tested positive for lethality, still able to induce sperm deformity in mice. The authors conducted amoxicillin-associated recessive lethal tests with male Caston-S wild-type and female Muller-5 flies. Amilofosine doses were 0, 100, 300, 500 mM and positive controls MMS 50 M. Test Results: The lethal rates were 0.28, 0.25, 0.58, 1.11 and 3.54%, respectively. There were significant differences between high-dose group and MMS and blank control group (P <0.01), and there was dose-effect relationship. This indicates that amrinol can cause heritable genetic mutations in germ cells.
