目的探讨对糖尿病肾病患者进行血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)与尿微量白蛋白(MALB)联合检测的临床意义。方法选择我院2011年7月-2012年6月收治的85例糖尿病肾病早期患者及同期进行健康体检的85例健康成人分别组成糖尿病组与对照组。检测两组人员的Cys-C、血清尿素(BUN)、血清肌酐(Ser)及MALB,比较其检测结果的差异。结果糖尿病组患者的MALB、Cys-C检测结果明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Scr、BUN检测结果与对照组相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。Cys-C与MALB联合检测、Cys-C单项检测、MALB单项检测对糖尿病患者早期肾功能损伤的检出率显著高于Scr与BUN,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,Cys-C与MALB联合检测的检出率最高。结论 Cys-C和MALB联合检测可以显著提高对映糖尿病患者早期肾功能损害的检出率,对预防和治疗糖尿病肾病具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined detection of serum cystatin C (Cys-C) and urinary microalbumin (MALB) in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Eighty-five diabetic patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy and 85 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in the same period from July 2011 to June 2012 were selected as the control group and diabetic group respectively. The Cys-C, BUN, Ser and MALB of two groups were detected, and the difference of the test results was compared. Results The results of MALB and Cys-C in patients with diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), while the results of Scr and BUN showed no statistical difference (P> 0.05) . Cys-C and MALB combined detection, Cys-C single detection, MALB single detection of diabetic patients with early renal damage was significantly higher than the detection rate of Scr and BUN, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), of which Cys- C and MALB joint detection of the highest detection rate. Conclusion Combined detection of Cys-C and MALB can significantly increase the detection rate of early renal dysfunction in patients with diabetes mellitus, which is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
