保障研究生权益并使其管理制度化是有效保障研究生学习、生活的制度保障,并且有助于我国依法治校。本文从研究生权益保障存在的制度问题出发分析了其原因,并从加强师生权益保障的制度化意识、完善研究生权益保障制度、建立研究生民主参与权益保障制度建设和加强研究生权益保障管理制度化的监督四个方面切实保障研究生权益。
