In a few years, human society will enter the 21st century. What kind of basic education should we bring into the 21st century? A key issue is to actively promote quality education and cultivate a new generation of all-round development. This is an urgent task for basic education. We must further intensify the transition from primary and secondary education to quality education, and strive to achieve significant results in quality education before the end of this century.
