Abnormal sweating is a manifestation of autonomic dysfunction in many neurological diseases, but attention is not sufficient in stroke. The authors conducted a 6-month quantitative prospective study of a group of patients. Methods A total of 40 patients were 26 males and 14 females, aged 53.1 ± 10.3 years. All of them were patients with acute cerebral hemisphere infarction with internal carotid artery injury. There were 24 left cases and 14 right cases. CT confirmed by cortical infarction in 20 cases, 14 cases of small deep infarction. Divided by muscle strength into heavy, light and normal three groups. 40 healthy people of the same age as the control group. Evaporation method (E-vaporimetric method) on the 1st day after the infarction, 7 days, January, June, made a quantitative record of sweating. The determination is done in the same room, the standard room temperature is 24.0 ± 0.5 ℃. With four standard heating bags (75 ℃ / 1000W) placed in the patient’s abdomen, blankets placed between the chest and chest to pre-fat
