元月8日,省劳动保障厅在济南召开纪念《劳动法》实施五周年座谈会暨《山东省企业集体合同条例》颁布实施新闻发布会,省人大副主任李文全到会并作了讲话。李文全说,《劳动法》实施五年来,我省的劳动保障法制工作取得了很大的进展。《劳动法》的实施对于保持我省劳动关系的稳定,促进城乡就业,深化企业改革和建立现代企业制度,保障劳动者的合法权益和职工的民主权利提供了较好的法制环境,李文全说,《劳动法》颁布以来,我省也加快了劳动保障立法的步伐,相继出台了《山东省外商投资企业劳动管理条例》、《山东省经济技术开发区劳动管理条例》、《山东省实施〈矿山安全法〉办法》、《山东省劳动力市场管理条例》。前不久,省九届人大常委会第十二次会议审议通过了《山东省企业集体合同条例》。这部法规的出台对进一步贯彻实施《劳动法》具有重要意义,将对巩固和完善劳动合同制度,建立适应社会主义市场经济要求的劳动关
