2007年8月～2008年10月,我们用CO2激光联合IL-2治疗尖锐湿疣42例,收到明显效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料全部病例均来自我院门诊,符合尖锐湿疣诊断标准,醋酸白试验阳性。治疗前一个月未进行抗病毒治疗及免疫调节治疗;排除孕妇及哺乳期妇女;排除糖尿病及免疫极度低下者。将病人随机分为治疗组与对照组。
From August 2007 to October 2008, 42 cases of condyloma acuminatum were treated with CO2 laser and IL-2. The results were as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data All cases were from our hospital, in line with the diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum, acetic acid white test positive. One month prior to treatment, no antiviral treatment and immunomodulatory treatment were conducted; pregnant women and lactating women were excluded; those with diabetes and immunocompromised patients were excluded. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.
