在本文中,笔者结合自己十年技校班主任的工作经验,剖析了技校学生现状及其自卑心理产生的深层次原因,提出用班主任的关爱化解学生的自卑心理。
In this paper, the author combined his own ten years of work experience of technical school teacher, analyzed the status quo of technical school students and their underlying causes of inferiority complex, proposed the teacher’s love to resolve the students’ inferiority complex.
